A Story of Team, Trust, and a Thriving Business
Diana and Gabriel have a Hallmark story. Picture a farmers’ market in New York and two independently driven entrepreneurs who wanted to share their gift. They decided to take their ambitions and share them together, ultimately creating Lancaster Gift Box.
Watch Diana and Gabriel’s story unfold.
Located in downtown Lancaster, their store offers specialized gift boxes filled with Pennsylvania-made treats assembled in-store or online. From a seasonal market to a city storefront, it was a dream come true.
This dream didn’t come true overnight. The team married and began working together in Lancaster County, but like most new business ventures, they were met with a few business hurdles. Diana and Gabriel had multiple products and service offerings, but finding out the right direction and what was driving their revenue required a different perspective.
These challenges were what made them seek guidance in the EOS system, specifically with implementor Bill Stratton.
Having Bill join the team in their strategy planning was a game-changer. They created a plan that allowed Diana and Gabriel to continue working together in a different market space.
Diana shared her gratitude, stating, “I don’t believe we would have survived or found the right path toward our 10-year goals without him.”
Working together as a married couple adds a whole new dynamic to the word ‘team’. Bill helped them navigate all of the struggles that come along with this working relationship and a new business. Being able to distinguish their roles independent of one another and aligning their strengths to meet their goals has led to the success of Lancaster Gift Box.
Their story is beautiful, and for those of us lucky enough to be able to stroll into their store, we can feel the welcoming experience they have created. You might even say they are the dream team!
